We are a community of freelancers, remote workers, and small businesses who enjoy working with and assisting one another. Together we are building products, honing skills, and creating a more vibrant city. Radius is at the heart of it all, providing a great space designed for productivity and for creating a network of professional peers. At Radius, you'll work next to other passionate, talented, and helpful professionals. The lights are always on, the locally roasted, fresh ground coffee flows freely, and the vinyl turntables are at your disposal. We host lunch & learns on all aspects of business, meetups for tech & design prof's, and happy hours because you gotta have fun in life. Also... Our conference room has a corner view from the 9th floor of the tallest building in the city.

Coming at you with another Meet the Members spotlight 🌟

Meet Joe, a recent marketing graduate from Kent State University - now specializing in insurance sales. His goal is simple and awesome: to translate insurance for business owners & families in a way that makes the most sense to them.

Outside of his insurance grind, you’ll probably find him behind a drum set (Soju Bomb), networking with other individuals, climbing walls (bouldering), drinking energy drinks, or accomplishing things on his to-do and/or bucket list. He also plays a mean game of chess.

We’re back with another Meet the Members spotlight 🌟

Meet Kelly, a project manager working remotely in the ISP/data center critical infrastructure sector. Her professional life really centers on keeping a lot of balls in the air and conflicting priorities top of mind for her customers and coworkers – she loves a complex project and developing a scope that makes everything come together.

Radius has been such a help for her as a remote worker to fill the socialization hole in her workday and create a sense of community for her here in Erie. She is a big believer that everything is better when done in community, and she also finds that here in Erie through membership in the Emerging Erie Fund, singing in the Erie Philharmonic Choir, and climbing/yoga at Ascend rock gym.

Her and her husband are renovating a 1924 pile of bricks in the West Bayfront, and her love language is feeding people in her home as often as she can. She loves reading old spy fiction and murder mysteries, sifting through estate sales, taking pictures of her cats, snowshoeing in the winter (snowshoeing > skiing btw!) and planning train journeys.

Sourdough is good for the gut. Radius is good for the soul.❤️

We had a FEAST for lunch today. Sourdough loaves, soup, chili, cinnamon rolls, bagels, applesauce… Radius COOKED.

Our sourdough baking contest + soup soirée was such a fun way to kick off the fall season. Needless to say… we were STUFFED.

Meet Amy, owner of Anchored Bookkeeping, and valued member of the Radius community. After more than a decade of working in public and private accounting, Amy joined forces with her husband, Jon to provide clarity through anchored financials so that small business owners and non-profits can focus on what they do best. Amy also offers outsourced CFO services.

When she’s not helping business owners sleep better at night, Amy enjoys playing board games with her husband, Jon and son, Mason, poking around her garden, and searching for the best coffee spot wherever she travels.

Our members are super cool and constantly doing great things. 🌟 We’re always looking for ways to showcase all the incredible things they do, so we’re starting a Meet the Members series to show them some love!

First we have Kate, founder of Kate Robb! She creates educational content and teaches aspiring entrepreneurs how to build online businesses and diversify their income streams. Over the past few years, she’s grown her business around helping people create more freedom through side hustling - whether that’s through Etsy, content creation, or building sustainable online income.

She’s also the co-founder of Not An Influencer Creator Agency, where she helps educational creators connect with brands, and co-hosts the Accidentally Influential podcast alongside her business partner, Tea, where they share honest conversations about the creator economy and what it really looks like to partner with brands.

When she’s not working, you’ll probably find Kate out for a run with 8Run4 Erie Run Club, spoiling her standard poodle Betty, wandering an antique store, needlepointing, or grabbing an iced coffee with friends.
