Come one, come all!
With Town Hall bursting at the seams, the Town of Erie Economic Development Department has taken advantage of the state-of-the-art Gather Workspace for the past seven months, working in two of the available office spaces and taking advantage of the available conference rooms as well.
The Board of Trustees approved 15 flex passes for Town use.
“Benefits of the Gather Workspace are the proximity to Town Hall, its central location on Briggs in the middle of the Town’s business district, and all the shared amenities provided by the coworking space,” said Julian Jacquin, Director of the Economic Development Department. “It provides us semi-private office space in a shared environment with access to great office amenities.”
Coworking space has grown in popularity over the past five years. It’s more than just having a dedicated rented office space, but based on the values of collaboration, support, and accessibility – something for which Colorado has long been known.
Gather is a coworking space located at 660 Briggs Street in Downtown Erie.
It features individual desk space, private offices, and shared conference rooms in a comfortable, elegant workspace loaded with amenities including a full kitchen, 24/7 secure access, high speed internet, quality printers, ample free parking, and a full kitchen stocked with fresh coffee and snacks as well as a full shower for those who perhaps run or cycle into the office.
