Heard scratching in the attic? Here's what's probably up there. 🦝
June is peak BABY season for wildlife, which means moms are nesting in attics, crawl spaces, and chimneys all over.

What's making the noise:
🦝 RACCOONS: heavy footsteps, chittering, usually at dusk + dawn. Mom + 3-5 kits.
🦨 SKUNKS: under decks and sheds, NOT in attics. Smell tells you everything.
🐀 SQUIRRELS: fast scratching, daytime activity, gnawing sounds.
🦇 BATS: almost silent. You'll see them at dusk, leaving the house, not hear them inside.
🐭 RODENTS: light scampering, walls, and attics, mostly nighttime.
