Last month, we had the privilege of speaking for the Library Friends & Trustees Institute about effective succession planning for library board members and directors 📚

Initial feedback from our session has been very positive, and we're pleased to announce we scored a 4.85/5! Participants have shared it was a "fantastic topic to cover" and an "excellent session with so many helpful resources and content shared."
