Some of the most meaningful investments don't happen within our facilities, they happen within our communities.

Lincoln Recycling was proud to support the construction of the new playground at Fairview Elementary just a couple of years ago. While our work is centered around responsible recycling and material recovery, we believe being a good neighbor means finding ways to contribute beyond our day-to-day operations.

You might not think of welding when you think about recycling, but it plays an important role. 🔥

Welders help maintain equipment, prepare materials, and safely remove non-metal components so valuable metals can be properly recovered. Burn pits allow certain materials to be cleaned and separated safely before they continue through the recycling process.

It’s hands-on work that helps ensure materials are handled responsibly — and it takes skill, experience, and attention to detail.

A little over a year ago, the Bessemer Trail opened in Meadville, creating a space for walking, biking, fresh air, and connection right alongside French Creek. 🌿

Lincoln Recycling was proud to support the project by providing a land easement that helped make the trail possible. It’s a reminder that positive community impact can take many forms, sometimes through the work we do every day, and sometimes through the spaces we help create beyond it.
