🎉 Today we're celebrating Jason Trapp and his 20-year work anniversary with Plastikos.

Jason is the kind of Teammate every company hopes for - dependable, humble, and always ready to tackle the next challenge. No job is too big or too small. As one of our behind-the-scenes toolmakers, he helps keep production running smoothly and our molds performing at their best.
His commitment to the Tool & Die trade and the craftsmanship it requires has made a lasting impact over the past two decades.
Jason, thank you for your hard work, reliability, and 20 years of service. We're grateful to have you on our Team. Congratulations!

74 volunteers. 210 hours. One community.
During Impact Week, 50 employees and 24 family members stepped away from their daily routines and stepped into service.
We broke a sweat building homes. We learned new skills. We learned more about each other. We cuddled dogs and cats waiting for their forever homes. We donated blood to help save lives. We walked in support of families affected by Parkinson's disease.
By the end of the week, we helped make our community a little better.
And we were better because of it.
Thank you to our employees, families, and nonprofit partners for participating in our inaugural Impact Week to Make Life Better.

This weekend, our Team kicked off our first Impact Week, a community service initiative, by participating in the Parkinson Awareness Walk.

Plastikos, Micro Mold, and Plastikos Medical employees and family members came together to Make Life Better one step at a time in support of Parkinson Partners of Northwestern PA and the individuals and families they serve.

Impact Week continues throughout the next several days when our Companies step into the Erie community, dedicated to making a positive difference.

44 years is more than a career. It's a lifetime of commitment, hard work, and loyalty.

This week, we celebrated a truly remarkable milestone—the retirement of Steve Carr after more than four decades of dedicated service.
Steve started working at Micro Mold when it operated out of a small garage on Filmore Avenue. There were no CNC machines, no molding machines, and no computers.

What stands out most is not the number of years, but the quality of those years. Steve has earned the respect of colleagues, customers, and everyone fortunate enough to work alongside him. Whether he was helping a coworker, solving a problem, encouraging the next generation to pursue a career in tool and die, or simply offering a word of encouragement, he made a lasting difference in the lives of many people. He is a man of integrity, empathy, respect, and dignity—a man who has set the example and lived it daily. He has challenged people to achieve more and become the best they can be because he truly and genuinely cares about others.

On behalf of Plastikos, Micro Mold, and Plastikos Medical, thank you, Steve, for your dedication and contributions. You have helped shape this workplace into what it is today, and your legacy will continue long after your last day within our walls. We are grateful for everything you have done, proud of all you have accomplished, and honored to have had you as part of our Team and our family.
