Today’s Featured Presentation was with Bryce Cronk of Cronk Insurance! 👏

Bryce did such a great job making insurance actually FUN this morning! 😄 He put our BNI group to the test with some insurance trivia — and as you can see, we had a few trivia leaders in the room! 🏆😂

Bryce is a third-generation insurance professional, and his knowledge and experience really show. What I love hearing is the great feedback he continues to receive — not only from our BNI members who have referred clients to him, but also from people in our community who have worked directly with Cronk Insurance.

Again and again, we hear that Bryce and his team are responsive, supportive, knowledgeable, and great problem-solvers -exactly what you want when you need help with insurance.

Today was a bittersweet day as we celebrated Jim Musolff’s final meeting after more than 15 years as a dedicated member of our BNI chapter. ❤️

During his time with BNI, Jim sponsored 15 new members, passed 569 referrals, completed 674 one-to-one meetings, and helped generate an incredible $500,929 in closed business!

But Jim’s impact can’t be measured by numbers alone. Behind every referral and every one-to-one is a story-a connection made, a business supported, and someone Jim helped become more successful.

The heartfelt testimonials shared by so many members today showed just how much Jim has meant to our group over the years. His dedication, generosity, experience, and friendship have made a lasting difference.

Jim may be retiring from our chapter, but the impact he made will continue for many years to come. Thank you, Jim, for everything you have given to BNI and to all of us. You will always be remembered and truly missed! ❤️

🏠 This week’s Feature Presentation was from Tom Faessel of Total Foundation Solutions!

Tom shared one of the company’s newer offerings—the SuperForm ICF system. ICF stands for Insulated Concrete Forms, and Tom describes them as “adult Legos” because the lightweight forms stack together before being reinforced and filled with concrete.

This innovative system can be used for new construction or connected to an existing foundation when a wall is crumbling, bowing, or needs to be replaced. With an R-value of 24, it helps keep homes cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. It’s also strong, fire-resistant, energy-efficient, and designed to last for generations. Tom even shared that using these forms for an average foundation can save approximately 24 trees!

In addition to this new system, Total Foundation Solutions helps homeowners and businesses with:

✅ Foundation repair and replacement
✅ Bowing and cracking foundation walls
✅ Basement and exterior waterproofing
✅ Crawl-space repair
✅ Concrete repair and lifting

🏆 This week’s 60-Second Referral Trophy goes to Michael Hayes with Hayes Painting Services! 🎨👏

Nothing stops our BNI group from networking! 😄 We somehow found ourselves locked out of our meeting space, so outside we went! Thankfully, even the rain cooperated and decided to hold off until we were done. ☔️🙌

Mike’s 60 seconds really caught everyone’s attention because it was a great reminder that business isn’t only about the service you provide - it’s also about how you treat people. Mike is professional and knowledgeable, but he’s also personable, caring, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile for his customers. That human side of business really came through in his story this week. ❤️

❤️🏅 This week’s BNI Feature Presentation was Diane Sickles with Special Olympics Pennsylvania!

Diane gave us such a meaningful look into the mission behind Special Olympics -creating a world where everyone is included, valued, and given the opportunity to shine.

We learned that Special Olympics Pennsylvania provides year-round sports training and competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, helping athletes build physical fitness, confidence, courage, friendships, and so much more -all at no cost to the athletes or their families.

Diane also shared a little of the incredible history behind the organization, which began with Eunice Kennedy Shriver’s vision in the early 1960s and grew into the worldwide movement we know today. ❤️

One message from her presentation really stood out: create a world that includes everyone. 🌎❤️

And the best part was meeting Diane’s special guest, Tom, one of the Special Olympics athletes. Hearing about his experiences made the presentation even more personal, touching, and memorable. 🏅

Diane also reminded us that there are so many ways our community can help - through volunteering, sponsorships, fundraising, and simply making the right connections.

She ended her presentation with a simple but powerful reminder that fits BNI perfectly:

“If you don’t ask, you don’t get.”
