What's your morning fuel?
Exactly 1 cup of coffee or I get anxiety from too much coffee.

Favorite off-clock hobby?
Watching reality TV.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?
Freezing time – life goes by so quick.

What inspires you to provide great service every day?
Not getting yelled at! lol JK. Building more of a partnership with our customers helps in the long run. When issues do come up, we can work more together with the customer to solve them.

What does "going the extra mile" look like in your day-to-day role?
Helping our customers save the day for their customers.

Gardening.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?
Time traveler, so I can visit with people I miss.

What inspires you to provide great service every day?
Building good relationships with our customers and making their day a little easier.

What does "going the extra mile" look like in your day-to-day role?
Going the extra mile means saying yes to the impossible and getting it done for the customer.

Sitting on my porch listening to music.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?
Teleportation. I hate driving.

What inspires you to provide great service every day?
Karma. I provide great service, hoping that I will get great service in my day-to-day life.

What's your morning fuel?
Iced coffee, can't live without it!

Favorite off-clock hobby?
I enjoy hiking with my wife and dog Loki.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?
To teleport! To be able to travel whenever and wherever at any time would be amazing. No long drives or expensive flights haha

What inspires you to provide great service every day?
I am constantly inspired by my coworkers every single day! To work with a team that feels just like my family where we can always help each other out as well as help our customers!

What does "going the extra mile" look like in your day-to-day role?
Going the extra mile for me is always learning more about our customers and clients on a personal level. I enjoy growing relationships with those I communicate with to better understand how to help them!

This week, companies everywhere are celebrating Customer Service Week and the people who serve and support customers every day. This year's theme is going the extra mile, and it's something our customer service team does every day, usually without anyone noticing.

Before we decorate an award, we mask the etch area by hand, one piece at a time.

It's just one step in the process, but it's one of many reasons we can give a single item the same care and attention as a much larger run. That hands-on approach also gives us room to adapt to a wide variety of logos and artwork.
