Please join us in welcoming Alvin Downing II to the team as our new Sales & Service Manager!

Alvin steps into a revamped role built on two priorities: continuing to strengthen the talented, veteran customer service team we already have, and building out a brand-new inside sales & support function to help us better serve our customers.

He brings 20 years of experience leading sales and customer success teams, including standout runs at Art.com, where he helped lead the business to record sales growth and earned Contact Center World America's Award for Best Customer Service, and most recently as Director of Customer Success at the Human Resource Certification Institute, where he helped the team earn a 2024 Top Workplace award by the Washington Post. He also spends some of his free time as a life coach and mentor at Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH where he leads biweekly group sessions, provides one-on-one support to at-promise students, and works with the Thrive Center to promote a culture of care and support.

Alvin is known for building cultures of belonging and praise that raise both performance and morale, exactly the kind of coaching mindset we want leading the next chapter.

We're thrilled (and a little humbled) to share that J. Charles receive the Boundless Core Value Award for exceptional service, going above and beyond, and staying committed to our clients' success. 🏆

Here's what Boundless had to say:
"When it mattered most, this team showed exactly what partnership looks like. After an issue came up, their semi-retired owner drove eight hours round trip to personally deliver awards to Nashville, so the event didn't miss a beat. That kind of ownership and follow-through says everything."

Turns out "semi-retired" is more of a suggestion than a job title around here. 😄

At the end of the day, this is just what we do. When something needs to get done, we show up, even if that means an eight-hour round trip and a trunk full of awards.
