Smith's Towing & Recovery Is Seeking Serious Candidates for Full time Heavy-Duty Operators with a valid driver's license and CDL's required, will train a self-motivated candidate. Positions are currently available to the right candidates expressing the desire to perform above and beyond, and have excellent customer skills, and who are very safety conscience.

• Fast thinking
• Safety and efficiency while completing Tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery, battery service, and Towing & recovery's.
• Provide Great Customer Service
• Punctuality and time management
• Meeting strict grooming standards
• Submit to pre employment and random drug and controlled substance screening
• Submit to pre employment and random Background checks
• On-call shifts or emergency coverage when needed
• Sell The Companies Services, Sell Your Skills, Sell The Safety, And Sell Customer Satisfaction.
• Providing Service for Contracted Road Services and Insurance Company clients.
• Respond to Police agency Rotation Calls • Ability to meet contracted response times
• Deal with difficult, stressed clients or clients that are just having a bad day due to there vehicle breaking down.
• All kinds of weather conditions, hazardous road conditions, and dangerous situations
• Good written and verbal Communication skills
• Conduct daily vehicle safety and inventory inspections at the beginning and end of all shifts
• Washing and Cleaning of all equipment used when needed and helping others clean their equipment • This is not just a job, it is a career opportunity! We are seeking long term employees. The towing industry is 24hrs a day 7 days a week, so the hours do vary.
