Another big chimney repair project completed! ✅

We installed a new stainless steel liner and chimney cap, parged the smoke chamber, repaired the crown, and repointed the exterior mortar joints.

This one was tough! We had to remove brickwork in the firebox, smoke chamber, and chimney termination to make sure everything fit and functioned correctly. We also brought in a scaffolding company to provide safe access to the chimney.

This project took us nearly 3 days to complete!

A normal day for Chim Chiminey Sweep is cleaning a dryer vent that’s NEVER been cleaned! We never know how much lint will come out until we start and this one was quite a bit! Now this homeowners dryer will vent properly and be more efficient.
