Domaine Artefact Domaine Artefact is a family owned and operated estate winery. We are dedicated to producing exceptional wines from Rhone varietals.

Our 30-acre “domaine” is planted with traditional Rhone varietals consisting of Grenache Noir (Alban clone), Syrah (Alban Clones "Cote Rotie", "Power Block" and "Baby Block", “James Berry” Entav 470 and Entav 362 clones) and Mourvedre (Entav 753 and Tablas Creek A clone). Our white varietals consist of Grenache Blanc (Entav 141 and Tablas Creek A clones), Viognier (Entav 642 and FPS 01), Roussann

e (Entav 468 clone) and Marsanne (Entav 574 clone). On the valley floor our soil is a mixture of clay and loam, on the south facing hillsides there is a combination of sandy loam and decomposed granite. Our vines are grafted onto 101-14, 1103P and 420 root stocks. We are committed to maintaining our vineyards to the highest standards, limiting our fruit crop and sparing no expense in creating the highest quality wines.

Veraison has begun in the vineyard, and our Grenache is starting its transformation from green to deep purple, a sure sign harvest season is getting closer. 🍇
