Your photos must depict a comfortable cozy bed and bedroom. Enhance the appeal of the bed by adding layers, fluffy mattress pad, thick blanket, a puffy quilt and pillows. My best piece of advice to vacation rental owners: Leave the photography to professionals. Yes, you can now take great photos with the new smart phones but there is so much more to catching a great photo. Lighting, camera position and staging are huge pieces of that. Editing alone is time consuming but extremely important. Here is an example of just tweaking the photo a little.
