Public Security LLC Now A Special Police Agency.

On February 24th 2026, The Maryland State Police designated Public Security LLC a Special Police Agency. This designation makes Public Security LLC eligible for the appointment of Special Police Officers pursuant to Maryland’s Public Safety Article § 3-303 (A(4) to serve the the properties of their clients in the entire state of Maryland.
