We experienced a brief service outage, but service has now been restored.

If your internet has not automatically reconnected, please power cycle your equipment by unplugging it from power for 5 minutes, then plugging it back in and allowing a few minutes for it to reconnect.

We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls. In many cases, a quick power cycle will get your service back up and running without the need to wait for assistance.

If you are still experiencing issues, please call our Help Desk at 503-630-8909. Our Help Desk is available until 9 PM tonight.

Thank you for your patience!

Planning a project that involves digging? Start with 811.

Planting a tree, installing a mailbox, replacing a fence post and other common yard projects can put buried utility lines at risk.

Before you pick up a shovel, contact 811 and allow time for underground utilities to be located and marked. It is free, easy and helps protect you, your property and the services your community depends on.

⭐Great news! Oregon Lifeline savings just increased. 🎉🥳

Qualifying households may now save up to $24.25/month on internet service through the Oregon Lifeline program.

Lifeline is a government assistance program designed to help eligible households stay connected to essential services like internet access for school, work, healthcare, communication, and everyday life.

If you participate in programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, Veterans Pension benefits, or meet certain income guidelines, you may qualify.

We highly encourage anyone who thinks they may be eligible to apply. Even a little extra savings each month can make a big difference.

Our local Reliance Connects team is happy to help answer questions and guide you through the process.
