I have met many leaders who will not apologize to their team when there is a miscommunication, or the leader does not follow through on their responsibility.

Apologizing is often seen as a sign of weakness. Some leaders may also think their team has no clue they messed up, so why apologize?

Hmmm…I can’t sing worth a lick. However, I knew when Mariah Carey was out of tune during New Year’s Eve in 2016.
