We also offer cleaning services, window washing and power washing services to keep your home clean inside and out. Our handyman services will take care of any home maintenance issues that arise in your absence and we can even make home repairs while you are home. We provide property management services to properties in Ft Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples Florida. You don't even have to wonder if your vehicle will start when you return as we will perform vehicle checks and start your car to make sure it is running so that you can just get in and go. Jumpp To It is bonded, licensed and insured plus we have a great reputation in this area and have been caring for people's homes for over 13 years. We’re looking for a Curb Appeal Specialist to help keep our communities looking clean, welcoming, and well-maintained! This full-time role focuses on exterior cleaning and upkeep.

💲 Starting Pay: $16/hour

We’re looking for a Curb Appeal Specialist to help keep our communities looking clean, welcoming, and well-maintained! This full-time role focuses on exterior cleaning and upkeep.Job Responsibilities: • Remove cobwebs from building exteriors
• Wipe down handrails
• Clean elevators
• Blow off walkways and sidewalks
• Occasionally clean pool houses
• Perform light power washing

✅ Requirements: • Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

🎁 Compensation & Benefits: • Starting at $16/hour
• 3 paid sick days after 90-day probation
• 1 week paid vacation after 6 months
• Consistent full-time hours
