This past weekend I celebrated the arrival of autumn alongside my 32nd birthday with an amazing group of friends in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado! 🍂🍁🎂⛰️🏕️

Camping near the town of Marble with no cell service, fully immersed in nature, was a rejuvenating return to presence. On my actual birthday, we set out on a 10-mile round-trip hike to Crystal Mill, making countless memories along the way. 🥾

The trek turned out longer than expected, but we pushed through. Eric and I braved a dip in the chilly river, my sister’s brand-new puppy Benji experienced camping and hiking for the first time, and the days were filled with existential conversations, an amazing fire-grilled meal, and plenty of laughter. 🙌🏻

Having just moved to Colorado a little over a month ago, this trip felt like the true beginning of a new chapter. 📖

Turning 32 feels especially meaningful — it’s my lucky number 🍀 (the same number my dad and I both wore on our football jerseys) — and I couldn’t be more excited for the year ahead.

The present moment is all we truly have, and I’m deeply grateful for everyone I’ve met on this journey of life so far, as well as hopeful and faithful for the memories still to come. 🙏🏻

Such an amazing, memorable trip with genuine, kind-hearted, and inspiring friends! 🙌🏻

Traveling across the globe to see each other and sharing a few days of exploring the concrete jungle, dancing, running, and soaking in the culture was a special time.

Life is all about living in the moment and enjoying experiences as they come. I love traveling since it inspires me to evolve and grow further, and to return home with a fresh perspective and integrate it all into my daily life.

Random encounters with people on the sidewalk, city skyline views, and navigating the subways together were some of the highlights, along with seeing “The Book of Mormon” and the Museum of Natural History.

Until we all meet again 🙏🏻
