💟Quick important update💟

Earlier this week, the court entered an official order directing the State Attorney’s Office to respond to Amanda’s pending Rule 3.850 motion.
The State is now formally required to address the claims raised in Amanda’s motion.
Responce is due in the next sixty days - while the legal team are drafting Amanda’s clemency petition.

🛑MAJOR UPDATE on Amanda's appeal🛑

It has offically been filed - but the fight is not over...

On Nov 7th 2025, Justice Reform Advocate and Attorney, Natlie G. Figgers filed the Motion for Post-Conviction Relief on behalf of Amanda Lewis.

Behind the scenes, FALT (Free Amanda Lewis Team) worked tirelessly with lawyers, professors and researchers to help create the content for this appeal.

Despite the obvious injustice of Amanda's trial, the team were able to find four (4) serious violations of Amanda's rights:
- The judge removed one of Amanda’s six presiding jurors despite deeming him competent to serve;
- The judge removed this juror outside Amanda’s presence and without her approval;
- A second juror failed to disclose that she overheard the lead police officer on Amanda’s case at a grocery store falsely claiming that Amanda never should have had children because she was a drug addict;
- and this second juror was only 17 years-old.

🛑Sheriff's Dept completely ignore sworn statement from First Responder🛑

Sgt Raley interviews the highly trained and experienced, Chief Charles Corcoran of the Esto Fire Department
Amanda was behaving normally moments afterwards:
Corcoran: (Mother was) “pretty much over, crying and consoling the baby in that state of grief that you would expect for that occurrence”
Sheriff Dept tries to force narrative on Fire Chief. He does not budge:
Raley: Did the forehead ever come around and have any contact with the ground?
Corcoran: I am going to say, YES, in the process.
Raley: Ok, um… Was there any… when she was like this was there any blows or anything that would cause any trauma to her head.
Corcoran: YES, I did give her back blows initially to clear anything that was there…

The Chronology of the forehead injury, from first responder to Doctor at the hospital.
1. Small bruise or no bruise
2. One bruise
3. Bruise the size of a quarter with a line going through it
4. Bruise on the left side of the head
in Helicopter for over 45min - Arrives at Hospital
5. Bruising across her forehead
6. Three superficial marks across her forehead
7. Bruise on left cheek and across the forehead
8. Red marks on her forehead
More than a dozen EMTs and medics attended and her injury went from a small pink spot to major bruising along her face and forehead in two hours.
