Hey Folks, we are coming into SICK Season, so please help us help all of our clients & employees stay healthy this season. If you have a cough and or fever, please reschedule. 🙏
No one wants to clean sick or bring an illness home to their families. The new School year will bring out all sorts of germs and sickness.

Here are a few helpful reminders! 😊⬇️⬇️

Remember to:
1. Wash your hands- sanitize after blowing your nose, going to the bathroom (that should be an obvious one hehe), touching items others may have touched. (Kid/baby Toys, car doors, faucets, etc)
2. Don't touch items at the supermarket/stores and then immediately touch your face. (You do not know who coughed on that cart, basket, clothing, etc)
3. Sanitize your door k***s in between your cleanings.
4. Keep your body/feets warm! Warm feet & body help your immune system fight off illness. If you are chilly, your immune system isn't able to work efficiently. Stay warm and keep that blood flowing so your immune system isn't working overtime while fighting off infections!
