The bustling Tzar Nicoulai Cafe (), definitely is on trend with their very limited menu, but they cannot serve this high end product quickly enough! The servers are educated and take great pride in their service. They are proof that quick does not in any way mean low quality. Want to serve something well? Serve it quickly and blow folks out of the water with the quality. A limited menu is the best way to accomplish this!
