Over the years of running and supporting businesses, one thing has become very clear to me…
Team dynamics can make or break a business.
I had the pleasure of interviewing conflict management expert Pamela (Powerful & True, Inc. Leadership Mastery, Pamela Cournoyer, Executive Coach.) recently.
Pamela and I have known each other for about 18 years, and she has helped me navigate some incredibly tricky leadership situations over the years—both while working with clients and within my own business.
