I spend a lot of time educating my prospects on just what exactly a PEO is and why it would benefit their business. Here's a snapshot in my own words;

Oasis PEO removes the burden of employee administration from end to end. We share the fiscal and legal risk associated with having employees. Everything from recruiting to payroll taxes, workers comp administration/reconciliation and benefits admin, and 401k admin. From an HR perspective we handle everything from building out your job descriptions, updating your handbook, compliance training and FMLA administration. (There really is too much to put into one post, but hopefully you're starting to get the picture)

Ok here's where is get's interesting. . .

When you enter into a PEO partnership we absorb your employees into our group and deliver a remarkable and diverse benefits package to your employees, most of them at no cost to you as the employer, unless you want to contribute. Due to our size and relationship with our partner carriers, our group receives big discounts and we pass the savings along to you and your employees!

The same concept applies to workers compensation.

This can have a significant financial impact. Not to mention your ability to recruit and retain quality employees and free up bandwidth of key people in your business who are responsible for administrating your employees.
