Today, we're #1.

What changed?

We grew from 9 members to 25.

We transformed from a chapter with inconsistent leadership into a team where every member takes ownership, embraces accountability, and proudly serves in a leadership role.

We evolved from a group that was simply getting by into a chapter that is thriving, growing, and generating real results for its members.

And the momentum is only building.

Last month alone, three members achieved 100 points, a reflection of the commitment, engagement, and business being generated within our chapter.

BNI Hall of Fame’s Business & Boards Extravaganza was a smashing success—and it wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible people behind it.

A huge thank you to Karen & Cari for planning such a seamless and engaging event. Your vision truly came to life.

And to our members—this one’s for you. So many of you showed up early, brought the energy, built your boards, set the room, and created an atmosphere that felt warm, welcoming, and genuinely different. That kind of effort doesn’t go unnoticed.

What stood out most? Hearing from our visitors. Time and again, they shared how this experience challenged their expectations of what BNI can be—and that’s exactly the point. We don’t just show up… we show up intentionally.

In 2025, Hall of Fame BNI was starting over—six members, a lot of lessons learned, and a decision to do things differently.

In 2026… we’re still the conversation.

At Hall of Fame BNI, we’ve built something intentional from the ground up—strategic, elevated, and genuinely energizing. This isn’t your typical weekly meeting. This is BNI done differently.
We’re now 24 members strong, creating a room full of driven, collaborative professionals who show up for each other and their businesses. And yes… we’re saving a seat for number 25. It might just be you.

We wrapped up another powerful week at Hall of Fame!

The morning kicked off with a warm welcome to our newest member, Christy Grimes of Middleton’s Enterprises—our *11th new member this year* 🎉

We then had the privilege of hearing from Åna Babauta, Development Director of Ophelia’s Place, who delivered a truly impactful presentation.

Ophelia’s Place serves girls ages 10–18 across Linn and Lane County, providing vital therapy services, after- and out-of-school programs, and meaningful school partnerships. The work they’re doing to support and empower young girls in our community is nothing short of transformative.

Åna challenged our chapter to step up and get involved through the OP Society—and we believe that invitation extends far beyond our room. If you or your business are looking for a way to create real, lasting impact, this is it.
