Requires a Valid Drivers License, Vehicle Insurance and the use of your Own Truck. We do compensate with a mileage allowance.

Having your own tools is a plus but the company would help you to get what you need.

Candidates should have experience in Basic Building Maintenance to include but not limited to the following:

Painting
Repair Work
Doors
Windows
Sheetrock
Ceiling Tile Replacement
Masonry
Installation

Other experience in Demolition, Renovations/Finish Outs and Framing would be helpful.

We are celebrating our 25th year in business!

We are looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper to take care of the exterior of our buildings. Your primary responsibilities include:

Routine Upkeep
Emptying trash cans
Blowing leaves off sidewalks
Picking up loose trash

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
Minimum age 18 for insurance reasons
Physical stamina
Must have own transportation and valid liability insurance
Must have a valid driver's license

Candidate should have experience in basic building maintenance such as: painting, plumbing, minor electrical work, repair work, doors, windows, sheetrock, ceiling tile replacement, etc.
