As some of you may have seen we are currently rebranding and changing some of our policies and procedures as well as utilizing new software. We have a website now that gives you the ability to see our available appointment dates and time windows and easily request a service.
Just go to www.realmsst.com
Click Book
Select the service requested
Select a date and time from available openings
Enter your phone number, email address, and Name
Under Appointment Notes please input the model number of the unit preferably the one located on your physical unit not the manual (most model numbers can be found on a tag around the door/drawer, or on the back of the control panel). This is required information, your appointment request may be denied without it. If you cannot find your model number please contact us.
Also include any pertinent information, for example if you select washing machine making noise please describe what type of noise; is it a grinding metal on metal sound, a clicking sound, a whiny sound? Does it happen the moment you turn the machine on, during the fill cycle, the spin cycle but only at low/high speed spin, etc. This allows us to better determine what parts are needed, how much they will cost, and if they're available before your desired appointment time.
Enter the service address as google maps will correctly direct us to you. Also include any needed directions/ landmarks/ house descriptions in the appointment notes section above.
Credit card is required to book online.
After submitting appointment request you will receive an email with our service agreement contract. Click review and sign.
Once complete your appointment will be confirmed or you will be contacted for more information.
