When pressing the CEO of my agency on why Heartland/Forward Dental has blacklisted me, her reply is, "With all due respect Dr Meeker I can’t force them to tell me and they don’t give a reason."

They don't teach this in dental school, so does Spear Education or Gordon Christensen have a CE module on this?

Since the arrival of COVID and all its subsequent mutations, no profession has become more health hazardous than dentistry. Dentists, hygienists, and assistants have to go directly into people mouths to treat them. With no one masking anymore, it's variant soup for dental providers. That's why they need to be taken care of.

Both the Trump & Biden administrations have been deliberately spreading lies on the origin of COVID-19 for political purposes. This linked US government report affirms that the Wuhan Institute of Virology acquired SARS-CoV-2 after it began to spread widely throughout the population of Wuhan, China, in late December 2019. “Information available to the IC [intelligence agencies] indicates that the WIV first possessed SARS-CoV-2 in late December 2019, when WIV researchers isolated and identified the virus from samples from patients diagnosed with pneumonia of unknown causes.” The report concludes that “SARS-CoV-2 was not developed as a biological weapon.”

Practitioners (dentists, hygienists, assistants) are now working in "variant soup." No matter where you live, you need to ventilate your home & work site, year round, to help get the COVID-19 bugs out. Practitioners are being exposed to deadlier forms of coronavirus every day they work, and there's nothing they can do about it. It's now cold-and-flu season in the northern hemisphere, so this is when the worst illnesses hit. If providers keep getting exposed to the latest variant of COVID-19, then eventually there will be no one left to treat patients. This is where we're getting to under current political "leadership" which is completely bankrupt and they prove it daily by abandoning science at every turn to fit their interests. Please respect science enough to mask-up when indoors during the winter. Remember that science is what brought you electricity, the automobile & the internet. Thank you

To say that American and world society are flying blind into a coming storm is a vast understatement. A more accurate description would be that the plane’s pilot has deliberately jettisoned the engine’s fuel, sabotaged the landing gear and told the air traffic controllers to go home.

As an independent contractor dentist, you must satisfy many people. The staff always comes first, so you do things how they do it and help out with improvements where you can. Show up on time, as contracted, and maintain an acceptable standard-of-care in doing the necessary dentistry to satisfy corporate. Answer all the patients' questions & concerns to give them a clear direction towards dental health & a beautiful smile. Those who don't want this are your "problem patients" who need to be handled firmly, yet professionally. Satisfy yourself by taking your profession seriously and collecting the money on payday. It sounds so simple & easy, but it isn't.

General dentist offices need three (3) specific areas to coordinate and run efficiently for a practice to flow & prosper. Those staff areas are: doctor, front desk, and hygiene. Let's
