Beaufort Regional Chamber, SC, Board Retreat on Jan. 22 &23 at Fripp Island. It was a pleasure working with the Chamber President, Executive Committee and Board of Directors-such a dedicated group of community business leaders.

Testimony from Megan Morris, President /CEO:

I highly recommend Tammy Shepherd and SOAR Nonprofit Solutions for any nonprofit seeking skilled facilitation and strategic guidance.

Tammy facilitated our Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce Board Retreat in January 2025, guiding 20 board members through two days of governance training and strategic planning. Her expertise in chamber operations and nonprofit best practices was evident as she led us through board roles and responsibilities, bylaws review, advocacy frameworks, and the Horizon 2035 framework.

What impressed me most was Tammy's professional approach, thorough preparation, and ability to keep our board engaged and focused. She balanced content delivery with interactive discussion, ensuring our time together was both educational and actionable.
