Most of us have that one pile we keep pretending we do not see.

The old furniture in the garage.

The boxes on the side of the house.

The limbs, debris, junk, and random stuff that somehow keeps getting moved from one spot to another instead of actually leaving the property.

That is exactly why we are excited to welcome Trash Bros CSRA as one of the newest members of the Let’s Talk Augusta Business Directory.

They help local homeowners, renters, landlords, businesses, and property owners with cleanups, junk removal, haul aways, garage cleanouts, debris removal, and those jobs that are just too much to handle by yourself.

Sometimes you do not need to overthink it.

You just need somebody local who can show up, clean it up, haul it away, and help you get your space back.

Welcome to the directory, Trash Bros CSRA.

What is something around your house you have been meaning to get hauled away?

Looking to collaborate with a locally owned landscaping company.

05/26/2026

This is the behind the scenes part of getting a home ready.

Tommy and his crew came out to help get the pool cleaned up as part of The Next Owner Project, and they have been great to work with.

Good communication matters.

Showing up matters.

Doing the job right matters.

And it is always better when it is a locally owned family business right here in Augusta.

Little by little, this home is getting ready for the next family.

05/25/2026

One of the best parts of The Next Owner Project has been meeting local businesses that are simply trying to do good work and build their name the right way.

4 Brothers Maintenance is one of our newest partners, and they came out to help with the front awning.

They replaced rotten wood, wrapped the columns with cedar, cleaned up the look of the front of the house, and helped bring this part of the home back to life before the next family moves in.

But what stood out just as much as the work was the communication.

They showed up.
They explained what they were doing.
They worked hard.
They treated the project like it mattered.

They are a locally owned business, still building their name, and you can tell they are just regular guys trying to take care of their families by taking care of their customers.

That is the kind of business we love highlighting.

Thank you to 4 Brothers Maintenance for jumping into The Next Owner Project and doing a fantastic job. Looking forward to working with them on more projects around the house as we get everything ready for the next owner.

Dear Next Owner,

Before you ever walk through the door, we want this house to feel ready for you.

Not just listed.

Not just photographed.

Ready.

Once everything is moved out, Mr. Steam Carpet Cleaners will be coming in to help put the final touches on the home.

They will be freshening up the carpets, giving the house that clean reset, and helping make sure the next family walks into a home that feels cared for.

That has really been the heart behind the Next Owner Project from the beginning.

Not just selling a house.

Preparing a home.

Every repair, every cleanup, every upgrade, every small detail has been about making this place better for the family that comes next.

And we are thankful to have another local business stepping in to be part of that story.

Because sometimes the things that make a house feel right are not the biggest changes.

Sometimes it is just walking in and feeling like somebody cared enough to get it ready.

A lot of small business owners are not losing customers because they do bad work.

They are losing them in the gaps.

The missed message.

The quote they forgot to send.

The customer they meant to follow up with.

That is the part of business nobody really sees.

And that is where AI is starting to make sense for local business owners who need help keeping up with the things that fall through the cracks.

Agent Augusta helps local businesses set up simple AI systems for customer messages, follow ups, scheduling, reminders, lead responses, and repetitive tasks that eat up the day.

For the owner who is great at what they do, but tired of feeling behind, this might be worth paying attention to.

Because sometimes the next level is not working harder.

Sometimes it is building a better system.

Have you used AI in your business yet, or are you still trying to figure out where it actually fits?

UPDATED

Some families are going to be disappointed by this one.

The upcoming fireworks show at Evans Towne Center Park will be ticketed, but tickets are only available to Columbia County residents during the first round.

That means Richmond County residents and others outside Columbia County will not be able to pick up tickets right now.

Columbia County residents can pick up tickets, and after that, the tickets can be shared with others.

If tickets are still available in June, those will be open to the public.

For a lot of CSRA families, this has always felt like a community event, so this is definitely something people need to know before making plans.

What do y’all think about the residents first ticket policy?

❤️ People Worth Posting

“Cory Bohannon is one of those people who makes the CSRA better just by being involved.

Through his work with the Georgialina Outdoor Dream Foundation, Cory helps give children with terminal illnesses and cancer, along with their families, the chance to experience hunting, fishing, and outdoor trips together.

But his impact goes far beyond that.

He helps with kids fishing derbies, educational displays, the Augusta Wild Outdoor Expo, Ducks Unlimited events, and anything that gets kids and families connected to the outdoors. At the expo, he spent two full days teaching kids, bringing in a service dog demonstration, and helping kids paint duck decoys they could take home.

Cory has a way of making people feel seen. When you talk to him, he makes you feel like you are the only person in the room. He listens, he cares, and he would help anybody who needed it.

He is an incredible father, family man, servant, and community leader. The CSRA is better because of the way Cory helps families, encourages kids, and connects people to the outdoors.

I have not met many people like Cory.

When I grow up, I want to be just like him 😂”
-Brent Yaun of CSRA Whitetails & More

“Cory Bohannon has been instrumental in helping grow the Augusta Greenwings program through his unwavering dedication, hard work, and passion for the kids involved. He is always willing to step up and do whatever is needed to make the program successful, whether it’s helping behind the scenes, supporting events, or mentoring young participants. Cory’s commitment to creating opportunities and positive experiences for the kids has made a lasting impact on the program and everyone involved. Beyond all of that, Cory is also a great friend whose loyalty, generosity, and character are truly appreciated by so many.”

-Ray Bolen with Ducks Unlimited & Augusta Greenwings
