You won’t find many who have the amount of knowledge that we have about the CSRA. (Central Savannah River Area) People ask often, “what area do you focus on in real estate?” This is always a mind boggling question to both of us. Why would we? Really. Why would we focus on just one zip code? That would make us incredibly bias when it comes to helping with the buying and selling process. It would be impossible to help meet needs if we didn’t know every county, every neighborhood, and the differences in each market. Georgia and South Carolina. Aiken, Richmond, Burke, Columbia County and more. We are not hobby agents, we don’t just “show” homes. Instead we listen to our people. Our purpose in life which is defined by us is not to just open doors. It is not to simply decide if the walls and floors are up to current trends. We both definitely did not become “real estate agents” because it’s an easy job. There is a reason people point and say, “that is the Hartley Hustle.” We believe our responsibility to our community is to focus on the needs, goals, and wants of those we serve. If your kids are running around in diapers, we will talk you out of a home with 1.5 bathrooms. So what if you we have to work harder, we are not looking for “easy”, we are looking for “perfect” for you. Instead, we want to be more than you ever imagined. Bonnie has been a victim’s advocate, correctional officer, community organizer, and she has been with many people holding them up through the most trying time of their lives. The work hours that she puts in are nothing in comparison to what she has endured in less than ideal situations with people. Lee is a man who traveled the world as an athlete, he has the discipline and stamina to endure what it takes to help all hours of the day or night. If you have fur kids, we are going to walk the fence to see if there are any areas where they can escape. A home could look HGTV ready with pretty paint, but we will ask the question of whether or not you will have room to walk around your bed after your California king and dresser is in the room. We encourage our people to use loan officers who are not quick to prequalify based on basic information, instead are certain you qualify by looking at your entire financial picture in order to get you to closing day successfully. Bonnie has been coined the team’s “real estate psychologist” because she knows that life is happening in the process of buying and selling. Lee knows Bonnie will give you every detail under the sun to well prepare you for the process, every detail. She will be more of a “Mama Bear” than your own Mama was when you were born. This woman will look at you with awe no matter your age, with understanding, and will focus on you meeting life goals.
