Dark strong filter coffee was Scandinavian standard until recently. Now considered unhip and hard to find.

Scandinavian coffee culture evolution demonstrates how cultural preferences shift rapidly and dramatically.

Understanding current versus traditional preferences prevents cultural missteps while showing awareness of contemporary local tastes that influence business relationship building and cultural credibility.

Time to fix what's broken with your international sales. Most manufacturing companies accept poor global performance because they don't know how to identify the right markets or build distributor networks that deliver.

I solve both problems systematically.

Belgian frites places offer dozen to 20 sauce options. My favorite: mayonnaise and satay sauces together combination.

Belgian frites culture demonstrates culinary creativity and sauce sophistication that reflects broader cultural attention to detail.

Understanding local favorites and combination preferences shows cultural appreciation and provides conversation topics with Belgian business partners.

Here's your choice: keep accepting international sales that barely move the needle, or finally build the global growth engine your company needs.

I help $5-250M manufacturing companies make the smart choice by identifying high-potential markets.

Over 80% of US foreign trade involves high-context cultures, making mutual understanding difficult. Imagine better communication impact.

We're literally speaking different languages even when using English.

High-context cultures communicate through subtlety and implication while Americans prefer brutal directness.

This mismatch costs billions annually.

Your international distributors should be driving 10x more revenue.

Here's why they're not: wrong markets, weak partnerships, or zero accountability.

I fix all three.

Working with manufacturing companies hitting domestic growth limits, I identify high-potential markets, transform underperforming distributors, and deliver explosive international growth.

Sales people from low-individualism markets get shocked when fired for poor performance.

Cultural expectations create management confusion.

Collective cultures expect group accountability and face-saving protocols around performance issues. Individual accountability and immediate corrective actions destroy team dynamics and cultural respect.

Your competitors are already winning internationally while you're stuck at 2-20% global sales.

Time to change that.

I specialize in turning struggling international operations into profit engines for $5-250M manufacturing companies.

With $1B+ in proven sales results across 135+ countries, I don't just consult—I execute.

If you're in Germany in November, have the goose. Seasonal dining traditions reflect deep cultural food customs.

German seasonal dining demonstrates cultural tradition depth and seasonal food appreciation.

Understanding traditional timing and preparation shows cultural sophistication and provides conversation topics that German customers appreciate during business relationship building activities.

Been tasked with international growth but feeling out of your depth? I get it.

Even the most successful domestic sales leaders struggle when they go global. That's exactly why I built my practice around delivering real results, not theoretical advice.

Everyone talks about the US market—and for good reason.

But smart healthcare companies are also looking south.

With 650+ million people, rising middle-class demand, and national investments in infrastructure, Latin America is one of the fastest-moving growth regions in global healthcare.

Countries like Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile are pushing innovation in telemedicine, diagnostics, and manufacturing—not just to solve local challenges, but to create scalable, export-ready solutions.

This isn’t a one-way street.

At WHX Miami, Latin American companies are bringing:

- Cost-effective, high-impact innovation

- A real-time understanding of emerging market needs

- Flexibility and agility that large systems often lack

In return, US and European players bring:

- Regulatory know-how

- Scalable technologies

- Capital and channel access

Miami is the perfect meeting point—a place where deals are made, strategies are formed, and partnerships are built to address both the unmet needs of rural clinics and the demands of world-class hospitals.

The future of healthcare isn't just global—it's hemispheric.

And it's happening here.

Your German customer makes you cry but buys.

Your Japanese customer feels warm but chooses competitors.

Cultural differences matter.

Markets with high power distance and low uncertainty avoidance create the trickiest corruption challenges.

When I see companies struggling with "difficult" international customers, 80% of the time it's actually a cultural misunderstanding, not a product issue.

Your German customer's direct criticism means they're engaged and considering your solution.

Your Japanese customer's politeness might mask fundamental concerns they can't express directly.

Ready to turn cultural confusion into competitive advantage and unlock the explosive international growth your company needs?

Fried Chicken...

I love it; but its more than just a

Tasty treat.. its an economic indicator.

In the US in the 21 century we don’t worry too much about the price of food

But for most of history

Oil, or fat, was expensive to the point

That normal people didn’t deep fry

The technology of the press

And the green revolution making seed oils cheaper

Changed that

But many countries in my life time

Still didn’t have availability of cheap fat and oil

My family loves Korean fried chicken

But that wasn’t a thing until the 1970’s

In 1960 the per capita GDP of Korea was equal to that of Nigeria

Only once the manufacturing sector grew

Could the average Korean enjoy fried chicken

Understanding those things helps you identify what markets

Are a good fit for your products.

How often have we come close to feeling like we’ve failed in life?

And, how many times have we gotten back up, gone ahead with the unknown?

I’d say too many times.

Let’s admit it before we are able to get to where we are in life, there have been many stumbles...

Taking leaps of faith into what is ahead.

I remember as a 7-year-old on July 4, 1976, when we heard about the courageous strength and the audacity of Israeli paratroopers flying thousand of miles in antebi to save terror rescue hostages. It was then that I decided to become a paratrooper.

Often when we face the unknown in our lives we say, “Wow, this is really a difficult task. This is really impossible”

When we work in small companies, and sometimes the very expansion of the company, the very lifeline, is based on our ability to execute what seems impossible becomes very much so impossible.

What the Israeli Paratroopers have done, for me, is a fantastic example of the force of will to get something done.
