We have a lot of interesting clients, including authors. That includes Aaron Cohen, whose book, Move On Up: Chicago Soul Music and Black Cultural Power, out last fall with the University of Chicago Press, draws on his extensive interviews about the soul music scene in Chicago.

He wrote to us, saying: "Thank you and your staff for all the great work in transcribing the interviews.This book would have taken me far, far longer to complete (and would have been far, far more frustrating to complete) without your help."

Transcription Professionals featured in New York Times Style section! All for heroic feat of paying its workers a living wage in this race-to-the-bottom gig economy. A reminder that a majority of what we collect from clients goes to the workers.
