Saving a few dollars on your gas bill could be as simple as wrapping your hot water heater in an insulating jacket or programming your thermostat correctly. Breathing better could mean something as small as setting your central humidifier to the appropriate setting or putting a fresh coat of low VOC paint on the walls. In a sea of real estate agents all offering the same transactional service, I approach the business from a more holistic perspective. Getting my clients the best deal is about a whole lot more than just getting them the best price. One of the most important and underrated parts of living a sustainable life is staying in touch with your community.
