Uinta County Prevention The Prevention Management Organization is transforming wellness in Wyoming through leadership, education and advocacy in our communities.

The Uinta County Prevention Coalition (UCPC) is a group of local entities and individuals who share a common goal to create positive changes in our communities. We work to solve problems and make our communities safer and healthier places to live. The coalition members, who represent various sectors in the community, have joined together to address a variety of
prevention needs in Uinta County. S

ome of the issues we are working to reduce include:

Alcohol Misuse
Community Wellness
Prescription Drug Misuse
Illegal Drug Use
Suicide
Tobacco Use

This list can and will be modified to reflect the continually evolving needs of Uinta County and our communities. We will address these issues using methods that are evidence-based and best or promising practices.
