Business Purpose of the Job:
This position will be the voice of VeriScreen and our outstanding Customer Service. The Coordinator role is responsible for answering all incoming phone calls from customers and applicants. All calls need to be resolved to the caller’s satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
- Answer all incoming calls from customers and clients
- Clarify questions from clients regarding their reports
- Confirm status of reports or provide estimated time of delivery
- Review report pending list and confirm status is up to date
- Maintain all onboarding procedures to maintain compliance with credit bureaus and NAPBS
- Schedule all training for new clients, coordinating sites and trainer(s)
- Provide a screening solution that fits the needs and within budget of potential customers when they inquire
- Process all FAM and Homeland reports with immediate turnaround
- Log all calls and review with Manager or CEO on a monthly basis to determine patterns/outages and make needed adjustments
- Proactively work to improve workflow and decrease TAT, review with Manager or CEO
Competencies:
Ethical conduct – Must adhere to employee handbook and maintain confidentiality of all data, analysis, customer and applicant data
Customer/Client Focus – Provide friendly and courteous service with each incoming call
Detail oriented – Be able to look at all the data researched and perform analysis and summary of output
Organization skills – Must maintain electronic data as well as hard copy data in an easy to find and in line with Company standards.
Education and Experience:
High school or GED required. Associate degree in business related areas preferred. Experience in data researching and analysis.
Work Environment:
The job operates in an open space environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
This is largely a sedentary role, however copying and faxing will be required at times.
