ThoughtFire is a business transformation company. At the heart of the transformation we help our clients drive toward, is our passion for social justice. Out of that passion which has been stoked by the ongoing injustice and violence against our black brothers and sisters by those who have sworn to protect them, we were driven this past year to once again respond as a business leader in our community.

This drive led us to have deep and raw conversations with black-owned businesses and entrepreneurs throughout our community. Their needs, hopes, and dreams have led to the formation of a new initiative called Black Owned Legacy Development (BOLD) Holdings which is a community-wide program seeking to support and grow black-owned businesses throughout Southwest Indiana, and eventually, the entire country.

We currently have 2 companies under BOLD Holdings who are leading the charge in modeling how we expand this effort to radically change our entrepreneurship system. These 2 companies are the first of many to come who are flipping the script, righting the wrong, and creating a new system that will empower and embolden black entrepreneurs and small business owners to have unprecedented success

One of the growth paths that came to fruition this past year is a company called ZeroCarb which produces the world's first truly zero carb pizza crust.

ZeroCarb was created out of necessity by Mohamed Elhosiny Aly who is diabetic and wanted to feel the happiness of eating pizza again.

ZeroCarb is now in several restaurants around the Midwest, sells directly to consumers via its website, and is on a path to transforming the way we consume seemingly unhealthy foods. We couldn't be more excited to have partnered with such an amazing product and chef!

It’s no secret that the pandemic has been an extremely difficult time for everyone across the globe. While at the beginning things may have seemed uncertain for ThoughtFire, we’ve made the most of it and transformed ourselves beyond our wildest expectations. The pandemic has allowed ThoughtFire to take a step back and pivot into what is a blossoming organization devoted to transforming clients and our subsidiaries that we’ve invested our heart and soul into to see them reach greater heights.

This post isn’t meant to brag - but we are damn proud of ourselves for moving through 2020 with poise and determination for growth.

Business Owners & Entrepreneurs - we're all on a wild ride of ups and downs. There are going to be good and bad days. To find long-term success, you have to truly love the journey you're on (not just the results).

You have to love adapting, pivoting, changing, and TRANSFORMING how you deliver value to the world.

In order for our businesses to pivot successfully, our mindset has to pivot as well. When Airbnb lost 80% of its sales in 8 weeks, something had to change. Instead of trying to preserve an old business, Brian Chesky, CEO and co-founder of Airbnb, listened to his hosts and transformed an entire product line in 14 days.

Leaders - a positive, resilient mindset starts at the top. Start pushing for change and watch the psychology of your team change with you.
