ECHO Housing Promise Home broke ground in downtown Evansville. ECHO Housing will bring much-needed supportive housing to the Evansville community.

EMC is proud to have performed this project's NEPA review, ESA, NESHAP, and soil sampling.

Echo Housing, a low-income housing program in Evansville, hosted its groundbreaking ceremony for “The Promise Home.”

EMC provided the due diligence services necessary for the environmentally safe demolition of the 420 Main Street Tower in the heart of Downtown Evansville. The 5th and Main development, which will take its place, is a planned mixed-use building that will include residential, retail, and public green space. We’re proud to have been a part of this community enrichment project that just so happens to be right across the street from our office!
