To the builders, creators, and business owners putting in real work, we see you. Happy New Year from Think Tank. Let’s make 2026 a strong one. And if you’re looking for focus and community, come check us out.

12/24/2025

As the year comes to a close, we’re grateful for the people who make this community what it is. Thank you to our members, partners, and friends for showing up, collaborating, and growing with us all year long.

Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a great year ahead. We can’t wait to continue building together in the new year.

11/27/2025

Today we’re thankful for the people who refuse to coast.
The founders who left the couch, the coffee shop, and the corporate cubicle to build something of their own. The members who fill Think Tank with focus, honest conversations, and “let’s figure it out” energy.

You could work anywhere but you chose to build here. That means a lot.

Grateful for this community, the people behind it, and the big ideas getting sketched here.

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Think Tank Cowork.

09/01/2025

Happy Labor Day.
Think Tank celebrates the tireless efforts of workers everywhere today.

Enjoy the day. You’ve earned it.

08/09/2025

Happy International Coworking Day 🥳!
Here’s to the community, creativity, and connections that make our space feel like home. Thank you for being part of the Think Tank family.

What in your bio don't others know about you?

If you are struggling today feeling like you haven't achieved enough, you are comparing to others online who look to have done more, or you just need a personal boost, take 30 min and write your personal bio. You will be amazed at what YOU have done in your life.

I was updating my bio for a speaking opportunity I have next month and was reminded of what I've gone through, what I have been able to do with so many incredible people and that the best is still yet to come. Would love to hear your bio.

NEVER GIVE UP...

This is Dave Wottle. He won the Gold Medal for the USA in the 800m run in the 1972 Olympics. If you didn't know anything other than that, you'd safely assume he was competitive throughout the entire race and was a favorite to win. Wrong my friends! He had tendonitis leading up to the Olympics and was in the back of the pack for nearly the entire race. He himself admitted his first 200 meters was terrible. At the half way mark he was in last place.

But Dave never quit and had an unwavering belief in himself. He had always had been known as a runner with a late, but not too late "kick" at the end. When he kicked it into gear the competition was stunned.

Where in our own lives do we quit before the race is even over? How many tracks have we walked off of, before the finish line?

Stay the course, don't give up. Stay in the race, no matter how far back you are.

Today marks the end of a journey and the beginning of a new one. Kerry Anne Charlick has been with me through 4 companies, a pandemic and dealt with all that comes with working for an entrepreneur and she took it all in stride. All benefited from her dedication, kindness, loyalty and hard work. She received an incredible opportunity to put her best efforts into family, a new challenge, and I could not be more excited for her and her family. This is not goodbye but see you soon. Thank you for your impact on Dwell Mortgage, Think Tank Cowork, and countless other crazy ideas I've had. If you are free stop by Think Tank today and wish her well on her way to new adventures. She accepts all major forms of gift cards and cash. Boeing got a good one! 😂🤣
