📣 Meet Carol Hull, Accountant!
Carol's professional journey has been anything but ordinary. From serving as a tour guide at the Colorado State Capitol to managing corporate clients and executive education programs at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, each role taught her valuable lessons about organization, communication, and serving others. She later spent more than 16 years homeschooling her three daughters while leading homeschool communities, coordinating tutors, managing budgets, and supporting families. These experiences strengthened her leadership, adaptability, and ability to navigate the many moving parts that come with serving diverse groups of people.
Today, Carol brings that unique combination of business experience and real-world problem-solving to Gemsbok, where she enjoys working alongside a team that values kindness, collaboration, and helping others.
One lesson has stayed with her throughout every chapter of her career: people matter. Whether working with clients, colleagues, or families, she believes in treating everyone with the same respect and professionalism while approaching challenges with thoughtful preparation and clear communication.
🚗 Outside of work, Carol enjoys knitting and crocheting, playing the piano, watching classic films, cheering on college football, and taking road trips whenever possible. As she puts it, you miss too much of the journey if you fly.
Carol and her husband, Phil, have been married for 25 years and have three daughters: Elaine, an art student at Metropolitan State University of Denver; Natalie, who is studying psychology at the University of Sioux Falls; and Katherine, who is currently in high school. Their home is also shared with two rescued dogs, Gus and Scout, and a guinea pig named S'mores.
Carol's thoughtful approach, wealth of life experience, and genuine desire to serve others make her a valued member of the Gemsbok team and a trusted resource for the clients she supports.
