While colleges like the University of Waterloo now offer these crash courses, experts say the foundation for adulting should begin at home.

Hanif Johnson, the youngest judge in Pennsylvania! Hanif’s life has been a path full of twists and turns . As a teenager, he made some difficult choices that led to him being in jail three times. However, his life turned around when he found his passion for track and field. "Track saved my life," he says. He went on to become a state champion and later coached track at Harrisburg High School.
While attending Penn State University, he changed his entire life and got focused. Today, as a judge, Hanif is focused on making a positive impact in his community and helping people in ways that truly matter to them.
