Today we attended the Opening Ceremony for the Traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall in Excelsior Springs. A powerful reminder to honor and remember those who served and sacrificed for our country.

A heartfelt thank you to the museum and everyone who worked to bring the Wall to our community. 🇺🇸❤️

I've practiced yoga for years, but this morning was my first time visiting the 7:30 AM class at Arise Yoga and Wellness —and it did not disappoint! 🧘‍♀️✨ The class was welcoming, energizing, and a wonderful way to start the day.

As a massage therapist, I know how important movement, flexibility, and taking care of our bodies are. Yoga and massage complement each other so well, helping reduce stress, improve mobility, and ease muscle tension.
