– Someone who bridges the communication gaps between both agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders. Your title agent should not be afraid to send "following up" emails.
– Someone that provides timely updates as well as communicates in layman's terms any title issue or legal defect to all appropriate parties. There should be no surprises towards the closing date.
