Join the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce for this month’s ConnExton event, a large group discussion focused on the challenges and opportunities that marketing brings to today’s business landscape. Moderated by Michelle Lusi of /NJ/DE A/V Specialist this interactive conversation will explore what works in marketing, what no longer does, how strategies continue to evolve, and the impact marketing can have on business growth and community connection.

From social media trends and word-of-mouth referrals to branding, advertising, and community engagement, attendees will share real experiences, exchange ideas, and gain insight from fellow business professionals. Whether you’re a small business owner, nonprofit leader, entrepreneur, or marketing professional, this event offers a collaborative environment built around authentic conversation and practical takeaways.

May was packed with connection, collaboration, and community here at the Exton Region Chamber and we’re still energized by everything we accomplished together!

This past month, we brought members together across a wide variety of events designed to strengthen relationships, support professional growth, and celebrate our incredible business community.

We kicked things off on the green at our Golf Outing, where members and guests enjoyed a day of networking, friendly competition, and community support. We also gathered for Coffee Connections at Homewood Suites, creating meaningful conversations and new introductions over morning coffee.

Our ConnExton Speed Networking event brought high energy and fast-paced connections, helping professionals spark new opportunities. We also had the privilege of hosting Veterans on the Greene at the Mill at Anselma, where attendees enjoyed an evening of networking, history, great food, great drink, and local collaboration in a unique setting.

Our Young Professionals Network stayed busy with a Kickball Tournament & Happy Hour that brought together fun, teamwork, and relationship-building outside the office. Meanwhile, our Women’s Workshop on Body Language gave attendees practical tools and confidence-building insights for personal and professional communication.

We wrapped up the month with our Meet the Chamber Staff event, giving members the opportunity to connect directly with the new team and learn more about how we support our business community year-round.

What a day on the course! ⛳️

We’re still smiling after an incredible Chamber Golf Outing filled with networking, competition, and community. Thank you to all of our golfers, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters who helped make this event such a success.

We had the pleasure of learning from Kat Kelly of The O’Connor Group at this month’s Women’s Workshop!

Kat shared powerful insights on nonverbal communication and how nearly 70% of communication happens without words. From body language and posture to presence and confidence, we explored how these cues shape the way others perceive us and even how we perceive ourselves.

One of the biggest takeaways: sometimes we have to “fake it until we become it.” Confidence can start with the way we carry ourselves, and over time, those small shifts can create real transformation.
