What does the word Custom mean to us at CRS?

At CRS, we don’t subscribe to the notion that one size fits all. We know that every organization has its own personality, culture, and challenges. We honor that by providing customization to everything we do.

While our best practices are a starting point, we believe our surveys and leadership development and coaching should fit the needs of our client partners. That’s why we chose the word Custom.

It’s important to us that our client partners choose how we can best work together. We want our surveys to mirror their organization’s culture and language. We want to ask questions that with real answers and data, will enable them to transform their business. We want to provide leadership development and coaching that will transform their teams to ensure retention and engagement are high and results are achievable.

Just because everything we do is custom, doesn’t mean it has to be costly. We are committed to making sure our pricing is based on value and is a win-win for our client partners and the team at CRS.

We’ve Got BIG NEWS!

Meet Custom Retention Solutions, Inc.

For 28 years, CRS has been on a journey, starting as Creative Restaurant Solutions and then adding Combined Resource Solutions. But as our mission and focus sharpened, it became clear our names no longer told the full story.

We knew it was time for a name that truly reflects what we do today: helping businesses retain top talent through tailored solutions.

After thoughtful brainstorming with our leadership team, we’re proud to announce Custom Retention Solutions, Inc. This new name reflects what we’re passionate about: helping our partners solve retention challenges and build thriving teams.

Over the next few days, we’ll share how our new name represents who we are and how we’re here to support you. Stay tuned!

On Tuesday, August 27th, the team at CRS will come together to support Sydnie Bayles’ Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation efforts at the Eagleview Town Center concert series. To date, Sydnie has raised over $260,000 to help fund cures for pediatric cancer. And she's not giving up on her goal of reaching $300,000 by the end of 2024. Reality is, $40,000 is a lot to raise at her stand by selling lemonade, baked goods, and raffle tickets.

Which is why we're asking for your help! We are hoping to lend her a hand in those efforts - and thought that by reaching out to our connections and followers on LinkedIn and Facebook, perhaps we can help her get closer.
