It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the sudden passing of Ms Bonnie Scott earlier this week. Ms Bonnie was the owner of Kousins Kitchen and the recently re-branded HoneyBees in the Bluff Event Space in the business complex.
Through all interactions that we had with Ms Bonnie over these past couple of years, she was always such a positive spirit, just knowing things were going to eventually work out to bring Kousins Kitchen restaurant to a reality - to bring another place of gathering and fellowshiping back to the reviving community of Fair Bluff North Carolina. She was excited to be able to offer employment opportunities to locals in need once the restaurant was complete and operational.
Over more recent months, while awaiting funding to renovate the space to a restaurant, Ms Bonnie had multiple conversations with us, wanted to make available a space that locals could access for various get-togethers. That is where the temporary HoneyBees in the Bluff Event Space re-brand came in. Ms Bonnie especially wanted it to be a location for the youth of Fair Bluff to be able to hang out and socialize - even hosting an event or two herself just to create a familiarity.
Whether you knew Ms Bonnie personally, professionally or not at all... you should always remember Ms Bonnie had a love for the Fair Bluff community and a strong passion to see it become a destination for both surrounding area locals and visitors from afar.
From us at Atlantic Blue Coast Realty and Uptown Fair Bluff... our thoughts and prayers go out to family, friends and just anyone that had the privilege of knowing Ms Bonnie Scott.
