We’re back at it tomorrow for the Interior Towing Impound Auction, and we’re looking forward to seeing you all again! 🚗🔨

COMPANY UPDATE ❤️

We also want to take a minute to thank everyone for their patience with us over the last few weeks and apologize for the delays in callbacks, pickups, and getting some of the remaining items from the Thomas Johnson Estate sorted out.

Between clearing the estate property, moving our operation into a new shop, working around the previous road construction, and taking on an additional estate at the same time, we ended up much further behind than we anticipated and we want to make sure everything is smooth and notated correctly for this coming pick up.

The good news is, we are just about caught up! 🙌

The last remaining items from the Thomas Johnson Estate will be sorted and calls will be made today and tomorrow to finish getting caught up on callbacks and pickups.

📞 Also, beginning this week, our main phone number will be 907-888-3441.

We have officially have someone set up that will be able to provide basic auction information, answer many common questions, and make sure calls and messages are properly handled and passed along when our crew is working auctions, pickups, or out in the field.

This is part of some changes we’re making as we continue to grow and improve how we handle communication and customer service.
