Another successful staff training day brought our team even closer! We engaged in fun team-building activities that helped us learn more about each other and build trust. The behavior and communication training provided valuable tips on how to support our students effectively. We also focused on active supervision techniques, ensuring that we can create a safe and positive environment for everyone. After these enriching sessions, teachers enjoyed some time to tidy up their classrooms and prepare for the exciting week ahead, setting the stage for even better learning experiences!

A great start to our training day set the tone for what was to come. Cait, our behavior specialist, led the session with enthusiasm and expertise. She shared valuable insights on effective communication and understanding behavior patterns. Participants were engaged, asking questions and sharing experiences. Cait's practical tips made it clear that everyone could apply what they learned immediately. Her positive energy inspired confidence in us all, creating an atmosphere of teamwork and support. It was a perfect introduction to our day of learning and growth.

Our pre-K teachers are amazing at creating fun and engaging experiences for our little ones! They fill each day with laughter, colorful activities, and new adventures that capture our kiddos' imaginations. From playful story times to exciting hands-on art projects, every moment is an opportunity to learn and explore. The teachers use games and songs to make learning feel like play, which helps the children feel happy and excited about coming to school. Each activity is designed to spark curiosity and build friendships, making the classroom a joyful place!

Staff training day and team building was a great success! Our wonderful Director of Education Mr. Marty reminded us of key policies and praised our teachers and managers for all for all of our hard work and dedication. Our teachers were recognized for their unique contributions to the center. We spent time team building and planning ways to better the classrooms!

We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to spend time decompressing and bonding🫶🏾🫶🏾
