Happy saturday everyone! Update on the printer: Having layering issues after dialing in more settings on both the slicer software and the printer itself. Also have more parts coming to help resolve these issues as the pie sheet does have some marring. Marring can cause issues with the bed level as it creates an uneven adhesion surface thus also causing layering issues. Adhesion itself seems fine. But the layering is lacking the quality it once had. New pie sheet and upgrades during next week should fix and refine the quality of the prints. Also now have Black ABS on the way for printing. Its always exciting getting some things a day early! The drag chain and solid bed mounts are on and printer is being recalibrated. These first couple of mods will help the prints have a better sustained amount of quality by reducing drag from the wiring, and keeping the bed more stable than a spring setup. Prints will be made once a quality test has been done. Prints will also be made in the order they were recieved by date and time. Currently Prints will be on hold until April 13th. Awaiting the Matte White PLA filament from Polymaker LLC and a couple of printer mods to make printing more streamline.
