90 % of the time, people call me because they are simply overwhelmed and don’t know where to start. I help them get started . One thing I always advise my clients is to start with just 5 minutes , continue if you feel you can after that . Here’s a perfect example : cleaning your whole refrigerator needs to be done at least once per month, but sometimes ( especially around this time of year) you just don’t have time . I clean one shelf at a time when I have an extra 5 minutes and my refrigerator is always clean ! I never have the daunting task of cleaning my refrigerator! Tackle any organizing project with 5 minutes at a time
