SBP is delighted to showcase the well-deserved awards that the project, Spring Flats, has recently received!

At the AIA NoVa Design Awards 2023, Spring Flats emerged as the winner in the Commercial Architecture category, impressively encompassing the entire development, catering to both senior and multifamily living. The project's multifamily component, known as The Robenson at Spring Flats, specifically earned the HAND Award 2023 for Best Large Affordable Multifamily Project, highlighting its excellence in affordability and design. Furthermore, the District of Columbia has nominated Spring Flats for the Award for Excellence in Historic Preservation, acknowledging the project's commitment to preserving and celebrating the historic fabric of the community.
