Here’s what I’d do instead: Take a look at what’s already on your calendar and sort it. Keep what’s building relationships and bringing in future business. Cut what’s just keeping you busy. Hand off what doesn’t need you.

What a room ☺️

Thank you Robin Bear Gebhardt for bringing together business owners who were ready to take an honest look at how they’re building.

The heart of the conversation was this: you can’t design a business you can’t fully see. That means stepping outside the day to day long enough to understand what your business really is and whether it’s built to hold the vision you have for it.

It also means creating a little distance. Your business is something you pour yourself into, but it’s still a revenue stream, and it deserves clear eyes instead of personal weight.

What a day at Love and Real Estate! 🏡❤️

Huge thank you to Venous Chinichian Jones for bringing this group together and for inviting me to speak. Creating a space where agents can show up, share openly, and learn from each other takes real intention, and I’m so grateful I got to be part of it.

Getting to share how I help agents build businesses with more structure and less stress, and then hearing so many of you open up about your own goals, meant so much 🙏🏽

Those conversations kept coming back to the same thing: the end goal is clear, but the plan to get there still needs to be built.
